Return, Exchange & Refund Policy
At ColorFlex DTF, every order is custom printed specifically for you. Because our transfers are made to order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges except in the case of a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

Incorrect sizes ordered by the customer

Color variations between printed transfers and what is displayed on a monitor or mobile device

Artwork submitted with low resolution, poor quality, or transparency issues
-
Spelling, design, or layout errors that were approved by the customer

Customer-supplied artwork that does not print as expected

Incorrect quantities or gang sheet layouts submitted by the customer

Transfers that have been applied using incorrect time, temperature, pressure, or peeling instructions
Manufacturing Defects
We stand behind the quality of our transfers. If you believe your order contains a manufacturing defect or was produced incorrectly, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
To process your claim, please provide:

Your order number
-
A description of the issue
-
Clear photos of the transfers before application

Photos showing the issue after application (if applicable)
If we determine the issue was caused by a manufacturing defect or an error on our part, we will, at our discretion:

Reprint the affected transfers at no charge, or
-
Issue a store credit or refund.
Artwork Approval
Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving all artwork before production.
Once artwork has been approved and production has begun, we cannot offer refunds, reprints, or credits for:

Spelling or grammatical errors
-
Incorrect sizing
-
Placement or layout issues
-
Color expectations
-
Any other details that were visible on the approved proof
Color Disclaimer
All ColorFlex DTF transfers are printed using the CMYK color process. Exact Pantone (PMS) color matching is not possible. Colors displayed on computer monitors, tablets, and mobile devices may differ from the finished printed product.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled only if production has not begun. Once printing has started, orders cannot be canceled because the product is custom manufactured specifically for you.
Shipping Damage
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your package arrives damaged, notify both the shipping carrier and ColorFlex DTF within 48 hours so we can assist in resolving the issue.
Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the replacement or refund of the defective transfers only. ColorFlex DTF is not responsible for labor costs, garment replacement, lost profits, consequential damages, or any expenses incurred from applying transfers that were not inspected prior to use.
